First in the World: Wind Workers Certify with Vinci

Vineyard Wind 01, the USA’s first commercial scale offshore wind farm, was set to begin construction in 2023. However, in the US State of Massachussets, there were no GWO providers of Basic Technical and Slinger Signaller at the time. Working with Siemens Gamesa North America, Vinci was able to augment Siemen’s GWO BTT and Slinger Signaller course with VR tools to provide onsite training directly at Vineyard Wind’s staging port in Massachussets.
